Alan Hood is the senior pastor at Northwest. Alan is married to Vicky and they have four children. Alan has previously served at Grays Point Baptist Church and Junee Baptist Church. Before going into ministry, Alan worked as a professional Mechanical Engineer. Alan also has extensive experience in the music industry as a musician.

Raewyn Elsegood is the second member of the Pastoral Team, commencing her role as lay pastor in July 2010. Raewyn covers the portfolio of networking. Raewyn has an extensive history of ministering at Northwest through children's ministry, women's ministry and leadership within Women's Leadership Network. Raewyn is married to Scot and has three children, Courtney, Amy and Timothy.
